After leaving with a 6X12 trailer, the trailer became detached from my truck no longer then 20 minutes after leaving the U-Haul facility causing damage to my truck. I paid for the insurance that was sold to me when I was told it would cover any and all damages to the trailer/truck/personal goods up to $5k. submitted a claim with pics just to get a denial letter from your third party insurance company. Super sad that U-Haul would even do business with this company and lie to their customers.
