U-Haul Moving & Storage of Latrobe

I want to give a big shout out to Mike, Emily and Sally at the Latrobe, PA U-Haul store!!
I needed a hitch installed and they were very thorough and went over everything with me. I couldn’t have been treated any nicer. Nice to see that there are still people and service out there like this thank you.

I’ve been using U-Haul storage units for about two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The unit itself was very clean, climate-controlled, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my possessions were well-protected.

The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was one time when I was late with a payment, and when I called to explain the situation, they were very understanding and even waived the late fee as a courtesy. That level of customer service really stood out to me.

If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I will definitely choose U-Haul. I’d also recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to store their cared-about possessions. Their service and facilities are top-notch!

Sally was SO NICE. This experience was painless and really easy. Vehicle was well maintained. I will definitely recommend this business.
