U-Haul Moving & Storage of Latrobe

Great place and great people. I had to extend a rental with little notice, and it only took them a couple of minutes to fix it for me. They are so kind and easy to work with.

UPDATE: Perhaps the finest example of customer service i have ever encountered! The staff at the Latrobe U Haul and storage has something magical. They are polite, knowledgeable, personable and seem to enjoy the job. This combination is something I have not seen in person in many, many years. I am 100% serious. No JOKE man. They are great! I mean the best. I mean if every business had such employees the world wold be a better place. If the average person had this mentality we would all join hands and sing songs, no more wars no more hunger. The staff is simply the best, better than all the rest! They give their all and then give some more! Ether they care, or they are darn good at lying about caring. I don't care what one is true - its great for customer service! --- OH and when I dropped off the trailer they where about to close. I did not get his name but he is always there STAYED to take the rental back! I mean come on man! What great service! You need to make him a manager, or an area supervisor. Give him a pizza, something! Absolutely fantastic!

The level of support i received was fantastic! The Latrobe PA u-haul store has to be the best staffed store in town! I don't just mean for storage and rental needs, but ANY STORE@! The staff at Latrobe Uhaul are polite, personable and actually LISTEN to a customer, and make recommendations! You know, like in the 'old days' when people cared about their jobs? Seriously, great staff! Equipment was CLEAN and well maintained. Truck ran well, better than i expected. Return and pickup was almost TOO EZ! seriously great staff, did i mention the staff there?

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great Service with very clean storage units and trucks.
