U-Haul Moving & Storage of League City

I wasn't able to do a contact less pick up. The truck didn't have the dolly or furniture moving pads I had been charged with. The key to the truck was also missing from the lock box. We had to wait until the store opened to talk to someone who swore the key was in the box, but then grabbed the key from behind him.

Canceled on me last minute

First they told me to come in and see if my car could pull the 4x8 trailer I reserved. Then the day before my rental they call to tell me sorry we don’t have that or anything I need to move my daughter. I will have to drive 40 minutes out of the way to get a trailer. I call and speak to the manager. He says he found A 5x8 in Alvin. I go to Alvin to find out they don’t have one and he doubled booked me. So I end up with a 6X12. When I was there she said that I did not have to go in to see if my car can pull it that they could do that digitally. This location needs to get it together.and U-Haul has terrible customer service and policies. If you reserve something it should be there or why even have a reservation system
