U-Haul Moving & Storage of League City

A few days ago I rented one of their 8 foot trucks to tow and found out the hard way they put a lock on the hitch so you can't tow when it's clearly capable of towing and to rent the truck they only let you use a credit card no debit no cash just credit. For this truck only

One of the most well run UHaul locations I've ever been to. They were relatively busy. Every customer was handled quickly and professionally. You could tell that the people working there genuinely enjoyed their work. I had a tow hitch installed and showed up a few minutes before my appointment. They took me right away. They quoted 1.5 - 2 hours to complete the installation. I was on my way in about 70 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

My Uhaul was great. I had to come in on an emergency basis for a quick rental to relocate. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I prepaid cash with a card on file. The next day after check in, Uhaul called me to tell me I was due a substantial refund as my deposit had not been needed to cover any extra miles. We returned it with 1/8 extra gas as well and same day. That's great honesty from you guys. Thank you for that. You really came through for us at an extremely critical time. I cannot thank you enough. I am very grateful to you and yours for being there and having what we needed in a time of crisis. I had a tire pressure light on but that was a trivial issue and everything worked great with the truck.

I've now rented here many times. They have helped us more than I can express here.

Lights on trailer didn’t work sales rep suggested I take it anyways.

The person who was checking me in, was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I am in the Hospitality business and I would never have anyone like her working with the public. She was not happy about anything. Her nametag said owner. I hope this is not correct, because you could tell she hated being there.
