Both times (pickup/drop off) the customer service rep was amazing. They both were helpful and friendly and it made my experience pleasant. I would highly recommend this location.

I submitted this review before I was contacted about an excessive amount I owe. I picked up a filthy piece of equipment that smelled like smoke inside. The rep that helped me said the last person returned the truck in pretty bad shape but he was able to clean the inside. Also there was less than a half tank of fuel when I picked up the vehicle but I returned it with a half of tank. However, now I’m being charged for the person before me and the failed efforts of the rep who half cleaned the truck. The truck was ridiculously dirty on the outside and still smelled of smoke inside. This location is crooked and unorganized I do not recommend using them to anyone.

Friendly and helpful customer service and the process is easy. Can do it all from the app or go inside. Photos taken in the app aren’t on your camera roll, at least not mine.

Be prepared for .99 per mile as of 12/2024

Excellent location, customer service and experience! ?

You guys did everything right, from having the van I fist had lined up, then adjusted to my new specs, as circumstances changed on my end. You were flexible as my needs changed, up to an earlier pickup time 3 hours prior. You carry sufficient inventory, and stay deep. You are professional, knowledgeable, nimble and fun to be around. A real 'can do' attitude in my book!
