Pick up at location (Juneau) was a breeze.. And the service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone here.

good location with lots of useful moving supplies. Professional & thoughtful customer service. I hate those QR codes, though hate is a powerful word, I'll just say 'QR' is too technical for me.

We had a great experience with this U-Haul Location. Our truck was ready to go when I arrived; check-in was quick and efficient. The owner was kind and helpful explaining the process. The employee who helped me when I dropped off the truck was just as kind and helpful. Great experience with no surprise charges or issues.
