There is a very friendly dog in the waiting area by the counter that was allowed to play with customers even if they weren't interested to. Its nice that the company allows the dog. But it may be challenging for a family like ours with several young children, because employees weren't willing to recall/distract/detain the playful pup while we were there (despite our increasingly obvious inability to manage her aggressive curiosity). She followed us all the way back to our vehicle and was trying to nose her way past to get into the backseat.
