David went above and beyond to help me rent a trailer and be on my way safely and efficiently!

I have rented cars from U-Haul several times and have always had good vehicles, but I can say that this truck I rented was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

The vehicle is in no condition to be on the rental market. It has serious problems with the transmission, it is overheating, not to mention that every time you have to turn the air to the right it makes a loud noise.

The driver's door also does not open properly, compromising the driver's safety.

Due to this problem, my commute has increased by almost 30 miles. I confess that I am extremely upset and disappointed with the type of vehicles you offer for rent.

I ask that you take this vehicle off the road and fix it, because the way it is there is no way it can continue to be rented.

I used Uhaul’s U box service to move half way across the country (Leominster to Dallas). It’s been 3+ weeks past my guaranteed delivery date, with zero updates or any clue as to when I’ll get my belonging. I’ve now spent almost an entire month, in an empty apartment, with an infant child, waiting for my things. I’ve contacted U-Haul multiple times only to be transferred to about 6 different departments who are of no help. The manager I’m emailing with, because no one wants to actually call, is zero help. Won’t tell me who her boss is or who the third party shipper is who they hired to haul my stuff. They are stating the truck was in an accident and at a tow yard waiting for an insurance agent to be assigned to the case (for 3+ weeks?? Highly doubt it) and they won’t send a truck to go get my box so I’m just shit out of luck until they decide to get it together. I can’t file my insurance claim because they’re stating it’s not “missing”. I will never use U-Haul again and had to file a claim with the BBB. NEVER USE U BOXES!!!!!
