I always rent from here never have to shop around to get anything they have it

This Uhaul in particular and Uhaul in general is a disservice to the community, fully exerting their monopoly on the truck rental market. I suppose if they paid more than minimum wage for their counter help, they'd be able to have staff at every counter station to assist customers! Every time I go I either have to look around in confusion for 5-10 minutes before being acknowledged or it's busy and a line out the door. Corporate profits at Uhaul are doing great while their commitment to service is pathetic!
