U-Haul Moving & Storage of Leominster

The truck rental I received was running very rough and at the end of the day I went to put gas in and the needle would not move beyond 3/4 of a tank. I ended up putting $50 worth of gas in to avoid additional charges and I only drove a little more than 40 miles. Even after filling up the tank and not being able to put anymore gas in the needle still was stuck at 3/4.

I informed the workers about the issue and at least I didn’t get charged for the fuel not reading at the level when I departed. They should definitely purchase some new trucks or maintain the ones they have better

Worst experience ever I'm going to share my story. It's very disappointing!!!!! Last year on this day I rented from this place first experience with getting the U-Haul was great!!!, but this time not so great. I had some unfortunate events happening in my life that caused me not to turn the U-Haul in on time, instead of who I spoke with her name was Natalie Hostrom which is the general manager was so unreasonable and down right rude. They put charges on me for stolen property that they have back, because they want money only they will not take the charges off my name. I've called everyone above her executive assistant, customer service and billing department and everyone is saying that she can get it removed off my records but instead of her doing that she says she not doing anything until I pay the balance as if they don't have the property back so now I am focused to sit at home and not make any money for me and my children all because of Natalie Hostrom not doing her job when all she has to do is report to the police department that they have their priorities back in. This is the worse experience I have ever had to go through and they still want clear my name
