The trailer was great for towing my son's S10 pickup truck. The rental process was smooth and quick. Picking up and dropping off was quick and easy.

I had a great experience here. The two staff members I dealt with were relaxed but professional. I had a few basic questions and I was given clear answers. Check-in at the end of the day was simple and that guy was good too. It was a long day but at least it started and ended easy.

They went above and beyond for me! Very respectful, nice, and made sure I had everything I needed for my move! Jacob and Christopher are definitely 5 star employees! Thank you!

Can I tell you how amazing Topher and Jacob are!? My morning started at 7am trying to rent a small trailer but we soon found out I had a problem. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean like way beyond. Jacob was determined to help, not only was he knowledgeable, he was kind and funny. The tag team duo did such an amazing job. They diagnosed my electrical issue and replaced it. They got me up and going again. The kindness and professionalism they both showed was out of this world. Like I can not say enough wonderful things about these two. I highly recommend this location for your trailer hitch or hauling needs. Jacob and Topher made my crazy day a whole lot better. They did it with kindness and a smile, you really can't get much better then that!

Got the quote online for towing a car that I've towed before with the same truck I used before, got there and the guy said he couldn't let me because the computer said so, refused to help me in any way whatsoever, terrible customer service.
Edit: Came back today for propane, went I side and waited for about 15 minutes someone finally came out and said they'd send someone out to fill my propane tanks, I've been outside with my tanks waiting for another f ing 15 minutes. Absolute joke of a company.
