U-Haul Moving & Storage of Les Paul Parkway

Reserved a small box truck and picked it up but as I’m driving not even a mile away the small box truck is puttering like it’s pulling. We decided to return the truck and we were told we had to pay even though we had it for less than 10 minutes. Wouldn’t provide us with another one and was treated terrible by a man named DAN. He seemed like he didn’t want to tell us his name because he knew how we was treating customers was absolutely wrong. There was another family as well having an issue at the same time as us. If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. Charge will be disputed!

Had a great experience with our move. Excellent service, communication, and the staff were so helpful . Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend!

I was billed for things I did not rent and had to go back to resolve. It WAS resolved, but the extra trip wasn't ideal. Lesson learned. Stay for the return and get the final bill right away.

I have a bad experience with Uhaul. On 11/09/2024 I contracted the service for only 2 hours and paid $58.49. I returned the Van half an hour before the time expired. Then on 09/13/2024 they charged my card the amount of $102.32, alleging that Uhaul had returned La Van on the 13th. I went to the offices and claimed the abuse because they received the vehicle and the keys on that day. 11. They did not recognize the error and only refunded me $71.40. They kept $30.92 without explanations. I would describe Uhaul as one word Thieves
