Came in stressed, of course we are moving.

I was assisted by May. She did an above an beyond job. More than friendly, great vibes. May also knows where to seek information as a new employee.

She had a difficult task to complete as we had to switch the reservation, and they do not take tap.

Jacob came put and helped us find our truck and gave further informstion on using the app. Dylan was assisting Jacob with a smile.

Great vibes everyone. Great Teamwork. Very calming to know you'll be taken care of at this uhaul location.

The worker never went into the computer to return my equipment, said all I needed to do was park it in the lot , he would handle everything and a receipt would be emailed to me. I never received the receipt. I called Uhaul 800 number and was told I did not return rental. I called local Uhaul location many times. No one answered the phone. Drove back to rental location to be told original worker never completed my return in the computer. Lots of effort and time chasing around to fix a problem that should have never happened in the first place.

I am surprised to see some low reviews. I went last Saturday and they were great. Very courteous and attentive staff.
