Amanda was the best. I ended up getting there right around closing. I had an issue with a past rental, and she was patient and let me handle it while she waited and still handled my transaction afterwards.

Megan, the General Manager, has been so extremely helpful with my fiancé’s and my move. We were put in some pretty tough situations within these last couple months but she has worked with us and has been so accommodating around our crazy schedule.

My wife and I visited U-Haul today, Wed., Oct 23, 2024. U-Haul rep. Kevin was beyond helpful to us. He was both pleasant and very helpful in helping us find the right packaging materials for our move. He also went above and beyond by helping us carrying our boxes and supplies to our car ……..and he loaded them in our car too ! We left feeling very good about our experience.
