Review:
Usually a great place to pick up a uhaul. This time was underwhelming. They had computer issues so it took an unusually long time to check in, but that was no big deal. My issue this time was with the truck itself. Very poorly maintained.... The AC didn't work at all, and the steering was very loose and caused the truck to wander all over the road. It was a short move, so I dealt with it, but I'll be speaking with a representative about a partial refund. There's no reason I should pay full price for a truck in that condition.

Review:
Giving my experience 5 stars. Mike was awesome. It took him about 3 minutes total to hook me up. I called at 7:30am and was driving off the lot by 8:30am. New van with 14K mls. Clean cargo hold with rubber matting. Had it for 3 hrs, $37. Nice! So customer service, Truck, Main Lobby and no hassle. Absolutely Perfect Rental. Thanks Mike.

I had a truck reservation for moving but when I arrived they didn't have the truck available or any other option and left me hanging on my own. My whole moving plan ended up in a disaster because of the lack of communication at this location. its Been over a month and haven't heard from a manger or anyone for a explanation.
