Horrible customer service. They did not check in my trailer I rented, which caused me to be charged an extra $331 dollars because the trailer was eventually checked in all the way down in Tampa, FL. Dont go to this place.

I agree with the recent reviews around poor customer service... Out of 4 employees, there is ONE who is incredible helpful. Two of the employees wouldn't even get off of their personal phones to speak to me, and don't even think about getting someone to answer the phone there!
