Terrible customer service. When a potential customer comes into your business, maybe say something along the lines of, 'Hi, how can I help you?' Instead, I was stared at in bewilderment and asked why I had an attitude. Would recommend people go to Waukeagan Uhaul

Standing here waiting for 10min and then someone comes to the counter and takes the person behind me in line… thanks..

I will not be returning as a customer to any Uhaul. Representative was rude and dismissive. Customer behind me interrupted me as I'm attempting to pay and the rep just starts taking his name and info as If I'm not there. I had to talk over the customer to inform the rep I could not pay but she had already moved onto the next customer. Very disappointed and felt disrespected by not only the customer behind me but the representative for not finishing my transaction or telling the other guy to wait a sec.

Greg and Ebony could not have been more helpful getting me situated with my new storage place. The prices here are incredible and the cleanliness is inspiring. I have never been to a storage facility that is so easy to use. Access is fantastic and Greg and Ebony have no idea how much their help meant to me during a very stressful move. If you need a great storage place with extremely competitive prices you’ve found the place!
