U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lima

Limas uhaul don't know what they are doing. They didn't tell me I had to use the website to put the gas level in to correct the paper they gave me. Then the back was dirty and wasn't told ANYTHING about that. This is my second time using uhaul and they don't tell u NOTHING. Iuckly didn't get any extra charges the first time cause I used it in town and it was clean. But they charged me extra for mileages I needed to begin with. I told them where the location was and there computer was wrong and she said it was fine BUT I GOT CHARGED $70!!!!! DONT USE UHAUL. Id rather make MULTIPLE trips.

Finally, an actual 'Secure' and 'climate controlled ' facility in town. And clean!! Place is great, helped a friend move their stuff in, after leaving a place that claimed that security was important. More affordable, heated in winter, cameras that work properly. Definitely will use them when needed for myself.

Plus, way easier getting in and out of here than the elida road location. Nice going, Uhaul!!!

The Lima Ohio Uhaul on Allentown Rd has excellent and professional CUSTOMER'S SERVICE . The staff was friendly and helpful made the experience pleasant, relieving the stress of moving.
The property was immaculate ! a beautiful establishment. The storage area is phenomenal I was so impressed there is absolutely no better place to store your precious items. I know my belongings are safe and secure in their heated units with cameras. The loading and unloading dock made it so convenient with carts available to use. They thought of every need of their customers in the process of moving. I highly recommend using Uhaul for your moving and storage needs. They're open 7 days a week for your convenience.
