U-Haul Moving & Storage of Little River

Nolan was so helpful with our U-Haul return yesterday! We will use this location again due to his customer service.

I stopped in yesterday to rent a car hauler. I don't think there are enough good things I can say about Nolan. He was very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had before I even had the chance to ask them. Not only was he polite to me, but he went out of his way to be polite to my family as well. He even gave my kids a Uhaul Piggy bank, and a quarter to put inside! Unbelievable! It's small things like this that really make a big difference. This facility isn't the closest one to my house, but it will be the only one I use from here on out for any moving or storage needs. I will gladly drive a few extra miles to go where I am appreciated and feel valued. You're great at what you do Nolan, thank you for the pleasant experience!
