I returned the vehicle with the gas level at 7/8, the same as when I received it. However, the next morning, they marked it as 1/8 and charged me over $150 for fuel.

they lied about how many miles i went in a van tried to overcharge my debit card multiple times even after speaking with them i will never go back ever !

The employee on that location is excellent. He welcomed me at the time of equipment pickup and he was very professional at drop off. Thank you for having such wonderful employees which make my day better

The men there were very helpful second to none I don't know if any women worked there I didn't see any so this is definitely not a slight against them (smile)

The staff at U-Haul Livermore is great, particularly Nathan who went out of his way to help us!
