U-Haul Moving & Storage of Livermore

I have given them one star because there is no options to give them ‘0’ stars. Don’t go there if you have a choice.
Very poor service. I go to U-Haul Dublin usually to fill up around $100 of propane daily. Had to go to Livermore location to fill propane for 4 cylinders., since Dublin had some machine problems. William. S was filling it and kept zeroing the counter after each cylinder. It was weird. When I told him that I will be paying cash he just said that they prefer cards and continued filling. When all cylinders were done , he says total is 20 gallons and bill is $118. And was trying to educate me saying propane is $4.90 per gallon. But then, the capacity of each cylinder is only 4.5 gallons and in one he filled only 3.9 gallons and I told him it cannot be 20 gallons . He understood I knew my math and said he will correct it and now the bill came to $ 82.95. Basically, he tried to rip me off for $36.
That done when I gave him a $100 bill he says he has no change and called his boss who was not giving any solutions. Customers were waiting so I told him to write the balance amount in the receipt, for me to collect the next day. But I went back with the exact change of $83.00 and by then William had gone and another person was on the job. I explained the situation. He did not want to take a decision and called his boss who wouldn’t answer and texted him saying that he should tell me to come the next day. I tried calling his boss and he wouldn’t answer. Then I texted him saying that I have the exact amount for the bill and all he had to do is tell his person to take it and give back my $100. He finally understood and returned my cash.
Overall they made me do two trips there showed unfriendly attitude and tried to cheat me in billing.
They don’t understand that they just lost a $100 a day business, with their attitude.

Went in to get some information about trailer options and to buy a few boxes. I was very friendly and asked what my options were to the guy behind the counter. He just sat and stared at me for a while. Stayed silent then decided to laugh at me and say “ well we only wave one option” and pointed at the board behind him with no prices and information. All it showed was a picture of different size trailers. It was in a rude manor and I don’t know why he would act that way when I am just coming in hoping to get service. This was very disrespectful and we will not go to this shop because of the way this employee acted. It was a man with a beard and a backwards hat. Very unprofessional. He needs to be trained to be friendly or have some sort of customer service skills.

Customer service what not good, no one never got up to check the truck when we check back in just go and leave the keys, never checked the mileage the gas or anything.

Agent was professional and helpful truck was almost new easy in and out no problems
