U-Haul Moving & Storage of Longview

Warning, do not rent from here. Use another location, they were paid for a 2 day rental of a motorcycle trailer, fine and paid 55.00, from fri at 4pm through sunday at 5pm, on the drive home we received a rude call that it was to be back at noon i said well i will have it back between 5 and 8pm, thats 3 hours, the trailer is 14.95 a day for 24 hours, the person charged me 46.00 for 3 hours, I called and she said she charged me for 24 hours, well 24 hours is not 46.00, we have rented from this location for 6 years and whomever is running it now is just charging whatever they want, on friday when my husband picked it up and older short lady was outside smoking, to other people pulled in to get there rentals so nobility deal, my husband waited inside and the lady came inside she could barely breath for a good 10 minutes then decided it was OK to breath in and out in my husband's face like she just ran a marathon just gross, go catch your breath before you can't contain yourself, thats why people get sick and it's just gross, after the rude girl on the phone today during my drive enough is enough I will be calling to speak with someone at the 1800 number tomorrow and I want my money back that you charged me without and agreement. I know it's hard to find good workers but taking my money is not

I was able to get a truck, but I was told that if I returned it to Lakewood instead of Olympia (Olympia was my destination), that I would get a $40 discount. Instead, I was charged $40 more than my original quote.

The people were friendly and helpful. My son had just passed and I was a mess and they were sympathetic and businesslike at the same time. I definitely recommend the beech st U-Haul in Longview
Oh and the equipment was clean, and even though the pickup trucks are hybrids they run great.

Staff was amazing , super friendly and helpful with the entire process of getting the right trailer . Easy pick up and drop off . Parking lot is nice and big for easy in and out with trailers on .
