Nothing the staff and manager were rude and unprofessional I would never rent from this place again. You need new management and fire the lady in charge.

We've rented multiple Uhaul trucks and vans from this location for various projects and we always appreciate the service. Some times they're busy and things can take awhile but the employees are always kind, helpful, and work hard to provide good customer service. I would highly recommend using this location if you're looking for a truck, van, or trailer rental. We haven't used their self storage service but they do offer that as well here.

I had trouble with your payment system. If you put a hold on persons card and then try to charge the card without first releasing the hold then the card would be declined. Because it is like being charged twice even though the hold is removed after the card goes through. With that system you should tell people beforehand to make sure they have double the payment on their card otherwise when you return the equipment you will be told your card has been declined and then you will have to move the money over anyway.
