Edit: Uhaul has NOT credited my fuel charge and did not follow up to tell me they were not going to do it. I had to call them back to address the OVERCHARGE. Sad what started as a good experience has now taking so much time to fix.
Craig assisted with my rental. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. It was the easiest rental I have experienced. My only concern is seeing a fuel charge for 2 gallons. I have pictures of the mileage and fuel when I picked up the truck and a picture of MORE fuel in the truck when I dropped it off. Unfortunately, now I have to spend the time to recoup the money improperly taken. Bummer.
