U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lubbock

I reserved my rental online (as I have done numerous times over the years). I used a debit card to reserve and then I paid for an Uber to drive me up there. On arrival I was told I can't have that rental because it requires a major credit card. I said why was I not advised in advance and he said 'we aren't responsible for the ap.' I was given a shitty van that was not what I asked for and I was made to feel like garbage. The irony... my only major credit card has a $300 limit and the bank account has thousands. You lost a good customer by being dumb! I guess in this economy, you can afford to be snotty.

Terrible customer service!! The guy behind the counter was rude and not very knowledgeable about towing capacity. He told me my ram 2500 with a 6.7 Cummins wasn’t verified to pull a 7,000lb trailer. Yet they use a Chevy 2500 with a gas V8 to pull it. I had to drive 20 minutes to my shop to go get my 3500. It was ridiculous and I’ll never use them again, and I would recommend you use anyone but them!!

This locations customer service was excellent! Connor completed the hookup of the trailer for me and was very thorough!

Jeremy was excellent, very personable. Jackson delivered the UHAUL script with precision and professionalism. I have used a lot of UHAUL services in the past 5 years, in different cities in Texas, and this is the best location of all of them.
