Friendly great fast service and very affordable and close convenient

Had set up a self pickup for 10pm. Key was supposed to be in a certain box number with a certain code to unlock. Nothing was in that box. Called customer service, was on hold standing out in the cold for about 30 min. Rep gives me a different code for a different box and the key ended up being in there. Contacted site mgr the next day. His response was 'somtimes the computer generates a different code and we don't check it so we don't know' then just looked at me. No 'I apologize for the inconvenience' or anything. Just basically we didn't do our job to verify and we don't really care you had a bad experience.

Great service I will be using them again

I basically dealt with a rude UHaul employee for pick up and a worthless one at drop off. I unhitched, unplugged, and called it a day all after someone said 'they would be right with me.' If you know how to do it yourself, it's fine.
