Easy check in and returning the truck was even faster

The staff needs more training since they do not explain the terms of the contract well, they are rude and the trailer that I needed was damaged. I let the person know and he ignored me. I do not recommend returning. I will look for other option

Definitely extremely unsanitary and really really awful customer service from all the employees on this place , disgusting

I left my belongings there, and after a few days, they sent me a message saying that someone broke into the facility and my storage unit. They didn't take responsibility for anything. Don't leave anything valuable at this place.
