Everything was perfect. The staff was knowledgeable and kind, even though it was Superbowl Sunday. Philly had an ice storm the night before so they even cleaned off my windshield. Super happy with the whole experience. I'll tell my friends!

Despite being a big fan and user of this place, I'm thoroughly disgusted. A week after moving out and alerting them online thru their own system, I'm still being harassed for rent and have been assessed a late fee. Huh? This BS happens constantly with U-haul. Not just Zachary Thomas and Frazer. Emails asking for explainations go unanswered. I'm glad I turned off my auto pay, I'm sure that would have been fun to try to get refunded. Untrustworthy, inept, incapable. Buyer beware. Sad
