Excellent service by counter and manager

Terrible location manager. Could not provide accurate infromation on U-Haul boxes or size. Acted like he could care less about customer. Rented on-line very easy.
Purchased boxes form this location and they wouldn't help me at all. I had to go find the size boxes I wanted and many were damaged. I bought a mirror box, several wardrobe boxes, and a lock. They claim buy extra and we will buy back any unused boxes. Went ot return mirror boxes. 1 wardrobe box, and the lock (you can use your own locks on U Haul storage boxes that he did not tell me). He looked at the boxes and told me they looked old and damaged. They were not except the fold under corner of one box that was like that when I picked it up. I bought it since it would not effect perfromance.
He told me he would not give a refund on the damaged box. Also, no refund on the other items that I purchased there 3 days ago without a receipt. I asked him to look it up on his computer and he said he could not.
Extremely unaccetable cusitmer servcie. This manager is lazy.

We scheduled a hitch installation on our SUV at the Malvern U-Haul. The hitch and wiring was not completed as promised. After dropping off for the day, I heard nothing from the location and tried to get in contact with them multiple times but couldn't get in touch. I then received multiple alerts from my Kia app that the vehicle was being moved around passed 8pm. When I arrived the next morning to inquire, I found the hitch was installed incorrectly (missing several bolts and crooked), they had bent the rear fascia, and the wiring was not completed. I then rescheduled to a different date, brought the vehicle in, and the mechanic was not there. I decided to cancel the rest of the service with the Malvern location and finish the job myself.

U Haul completely over booked and provided me the wrong available pick up time. Cierra (employee) was in a hard place but made things work out. She was amazing and got things straight. Great Job Cierra and Thank You!!!!!!!!!
