Do NOT get a hitch and wiring set up done at this location. The techs have no clue what they are doing. They did not install a wiring harness so upon pick up, there was just a wire hanging off the vehicle. Then the lights completely stopped working a month later because the wiring to the fuse box was done improperly. They need to be trained.

Also- if you try to call in, they put you on hold every single time for 10 minutes or so. They need a serious revamp- no clue what is wrong with this location. Havertown is much better.

Take pictures of gas and mileage. I had a problem there but Vadym worked anything out with me. Good rental.

Horrible location! Horrible Management! If you are gonna use uhaul go to ANY OTHER LOCATION AS THE MANAGER IS GARBAGE AT THIS LOCATION! This location is garbage, unprofessional and disgraceful! I rented a 26' truck, got it to my house and had professional movers who I paid to load it properly and carefully! Truck broke down before I left town and uhaul hired some garbage company to move my belongings. They throw my stuff around, drug leather couches across gravel parking lots, ripped my temperpedic, oh the list goes on. Took no responsibility for it at all! They didn't even refund me the 1/2 of tank of gas that I put in their broke down truck! Their truck smelt like garbage and we had to clean the inside to even go anywhere as it was all sticky! I am disgusted with my experience but more so of how it was handled!
