Rented truck in Toledo and returned in Manistee, reasonable terms and price and easy, efficient pick up and return.

Made an appointment for my hitch to be removed today back in July, this was the earliest appointment I could be scheduled for. It was cancelled by the general manager shortly after I made it, and no one ever notified me. I had to figure that out today. Basically, they only do very simple hitch services. Jack was nice, but could not explain why I was never notified. U-Haul is an incredibly frustrating company to deal with. I do not recommend.
