Horrible customer service first guy told us we had the truck for 24 hours then a manager says that employee doesn’t know what hes talking about (maybe train your employees better) but can’t do anything about be charged double and then to top it off they charged a cleaning fee for a toy found in the truck no spills or anything like that a small toy and a clean charge they don’t know what they are talking about and are very petty with what they think is “clean” would not recommend this store at all go to bear lake or different location

We went to return the trailer to where it was picked up at. The woman working at the time yelled at us stating that is not where it gets dropped off. We moved the trailer to where she said it went next to all the other trailers that were dropped off. She continued yelling and swearing at us while we were disconnecting the trailer that it's not the right spot to drop off the trailer. She stormed off back into the store. We got the trailer disconnected. I went to get the receipt for returning the trailer. She screamed at me to get out of the store. She called the Manager and the cops. We waited for the Manager to get there so we could get confirmation of the return of the trailer. The Manager apologized for her behavior and said it wasn't the first time this had happened. The woman working was rude and unfriendly the whole time we were there. She should not be working with customers if that is how she is going to treat people. We will not return to this business.

This location is terrible. The general manager has an attitude and I would not recommend giving this location any money. It's unfortunate as all my other interactions with U Haul across the country were positive.

It was perfect thankyou. I recommended at our buildings meeting this week.
