The gentleman that helped me when the app was not working was awesome! This location was fast, friendly, clean and convenient!

Equipment was ready on time. Pickup and return couldn't have been easier. Personally, I was impressed that one of the employees could keep a straight face as he explained to a customer how U-Haul would know how many miles she had driven a truck. ?
