Staff was friendly when checking out the trailer, took maybe 15 minutes total, including hookup. No problems with the trailer while using it. And upon return staff was ahead of the game helpful in unhooking the trailer and sending me on my way, less than 5 minutes. Rented with them many times, always top notch service and equipment. Thank you all!

If I lived in the area I wouldn’t use another U-Haul location!!! AMAZING SERVICE! I came in 13 minutes before closing, which was plenty of time because I had a reservation.. but disaster struck. The trailer I rented wouldn’t pass inspection because my truck had a blown fuse that wouldn’t allow the signal lights to work. I ONLY know this because Sam the man and the other gentleman there (didn’t catch his name) figured it out for me. I was coming in form a 24hr ride from Alabama and they helped me get on the road with what I needed. These guys stayed 20 minutes past closing to assist me and I’m beyond grateful. That doesn’t mean comin right before closing people ? lol

Nice people and fast loading for truck driver

Jerome was very kind and accommodating, one of the best uhaul experience I've had. Very clean, too. Well organized. People here take pride in their job.
