I go here pretty often and am always impressed with the man's patience and willingness to explain everything, plus the options to the customers. Forgetting what it was like renting a Uhaul once in a blue moon, I often find myself waiting impatiently in line behind people who ask all the questions and want quotes and price comparisons, etc. He is always explaining in such a way that isn't condescending or complicated or rushed. The store is always clean. The trucks are clean as well and dependable. Affordable and the best way to move large loads.

I went in took a work client in to get some boxes, the guy there (Scott I believe his name was) he was rude, and in the middle of helping us, he answers his cell phone while I was loading up the boxes she wanted on the cart. I took the boxes off the shelving and I loaded them up on the cart. Only thing he did was rang us up, booked her reservation for a U-Haul and loaded them in my vehicle. Every question my client asked he was snotty.
