First Box truck I rented, the key on the Driver side had a hard time opening up the door.
Second Box truck I rented two days later, the climate control was either off position or full blast air in your face, middle selections was not optional.

Amazing service

Uhaul purposely does not stock very many trucks and only one15' truck (which is always booked up) in the Kihei location, all bigger trucks you have to go to Kahului. They do this so they get the extra 20+ miles/$27.80+ round trip from Kahului to Kihei.

When I checked out from Kahului I told the older lady Attendent that I didn't use the dolly/hand truck and to take off the rental and she said she would. She checked me out and the final bill included the dolly rental. She said it wasn't on the receipt and it was, so she had to do another transaction for a refund for the dolly. Bad experience overall.
