U-Haul Moving & Storage of Mayport

Horrible customer service. Do not give this location your business, go to Neptune beach. They added an additional charge to my reservation without my consent and now they refuse to credit the charge. I even verbally confirmed what I would be charged when picking up the truck and she assured me the $15 charge for Safe move was not included but she added it. Shady management and horrible customer service.

Asked for a refund on the August 6th because the space was too small. The GM Damaso assured me that there was nothing to worry about I would get my refund for the unit in 3 to 5 business days. I call back in 4 business days and find out he’s done nothing. Support can’t help because the manager needs to request a refund. It’s been two weeks now August 19th and process will take another 7 days. On top of this I got hit with another 150 plus charges for a rental with no help because Hurricane Debby added two days to the rental. The Truck had issue's and leaked water causing multiple of thousands of dollars worth of damage, I’m still dealing with RepWest Insurance. You should not go to this U-Haul you should go to the storage place next door they have twice the size units for half of the price at U-Haul.

All bad unbelievable I was trespassed from this facility for reasons I am unaware of. One day I'm moving my stuff in the next day to police officers or trespassing me U-Haul has my stuff they basically stoled 24 units with all my sentimental dead parent ashes high School college memories everything I was never given any notice of anything. They are absolutely discriminating against homeless people which is only an act with me money is not an issue this company and these managers are horrible my stuff is sitting outside of my unit in the weather because I had to go to work they gave me one hour to move two full units out that has taken me a week to move in I wasn't even done moving and that's why this stuff is still sitting outside the managers and employees are liars and drug dealers rent from them and fugitives. The place next door conspires with U-Haul. I will definitely be suing this company I will be out front having a peaceful protest with signs and streamers anybody wants to join me is more than welcome like I said U-Haul will not let me get my stuff and never once let me get in my unit for a whole weekhe refused to give me a refund which is over $1,000 of storage unit rentals and truck rentals I am so upset I cannot believe in a community like this that this type of thing happens my grandparents and my parents ashes are all sitting outside Winchester night before I cut two people stealing my stuff was anything ever done about that know and there's a camera right on my unit did they say apparently works I believe that none of the cameras work there so be leery of renting from these people boycott them all together I'm so upset I don't even know what to do or where to begin I could really use some help

Very uncomfortable and very judgemental my clothes got water damage and they did nothing about it
