It took too long to be seen. Only 2 people in front of me and I stood in line almost a hour.
Also, the calling “random” references on site is not reasonable. We should at least be able to already have this info when booking a truck online.

Great service

I have always had excellent service from this location. I showed up less than 20 minutes before closing, and the employees still listened to my concerns, and treated me with kindness. I always include this location in my rentals when I can, whether it's for picking up, dropping off, storage, or any other needs that arise.
