Extremely slow customer service. They DO NOT get in any hurry, even when there is a line of people waiting.

The agents were great and helpful, but one particular woman at the cleaning station was very rude and nasty. In returning the truck, I was not sure where the drop off area was, so I pulled up near the office over the side where the cleaning station is.. I did not block anyone and was about 35 to 40 feet away from the station. The woman started yelling and arguing and pointed out to me that I should park over where lines of trucks were parked. . The truck was large so I had to park in a farther lane. She kept arguing and passing remarks until the agent came and try to fix the situation.. I believe the agents do a great job, but that cleaning lady was the worst..

The. Customer service is top notch h and the building is extremely clean and inviting. Even the restroom was super clean. I would highly recommend this location. Make sure to reserve your truck ahead of time.

Do not rent storage from this company!!!! They give you a $15 late fee if you're 2 days late. A week later another $15. A week after that $50. Then they cut off your lock and put your unit up for auction. Then when you move out early they DO NOT prorate a refund.
