Rude as hell. Nisha B. yes she goes by NISHA B. was rude sitting at her desk with her attitude. Eating her bag of popcorn with cheddar cheese shaking it in the bag while I’m speaking. When she came out from behind the desk she had cheddar cheese all over her pants. The office needs to do a better job hiring people that can communicate effectively with customers without stuffing their hands in popcorn. Also, be smart, USE CASH ONLY. These people have been known for trying to charge your card with ridiculous fees.

I'm gave HAPPY with U-Haul

It used to be great here with friendly staff, clean and secure, now they just keep raising the rates every few months it seems and I am seeing more and more empty units and today I am cleaning mine out and cancelling my unit, it's ridiculous to pay $170 a month for such a small unit, even the staff told me the employees have cancelled the units they had because of the cost. It's a shame but they won't work with you on price at all.

Nathan was a very good help. He made my renting experience great.
