U-Haul Moving & Storage of McHenry

Possibly the worst customer service. If I could rate with negative numbers it would be appropriate. Mis managed, incompetent, and unprofessional. There are other U Haul locations near McHenry that are much better.

Typically good service, but you can't rent a trailer after 6:30 due to a 'glitch'??? Just tell me you don't want to rent me the trailer no need to lie directly to me about it.

Fantastic experience. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this location for a truck rental. I will be back.
