First of all. This review should be a five star minus.
There was only one person that made this renting experience completely and entirely horrific! His name is Scott or Scotty, something like that. No, absolutely. Nothing couldn't give me any information. Gave me the wrong information, and then wasted my time, and there was no key in the lockbox, when my wife and me went in to pick up the u. Haul before this mcmanville location opened. We wasted over an hour in the freezing cold. Everyone else at this location We dealt with was wonderful. April was wonderful and the other young man that helped us resolve this situation. I wish I knew his name. So five plus star for everybody, but scotty really wish management could see when they have somebody that needs to just be moved along their way out the door as far as firing.

Very helpful employees

Cameron was office and friendly. The other gentleman ( wish I could remember his name) was also friendly and made me feel comfortable. Vehicle was clean, ran well, and the office was reasonable
