It was a bit concerning that someone at the u-haul center forcefully asked for verification of an 'emergency contact' for my truck rental this past labor day at around 11AM. I have never been asked that before. I ended up using my room mate's number because the other person didn't pick up immediately & the service person wasn't going to allow the rental to process????????????????
The person went so far as to call the emergency contact prior to allowing me to rent the truck. I've rented here many times and that has never been the case. It felt extremely intrusive and disrespectful, i really think that the customer service should consider whether the employee is doing their job properly especially before forcing someone to give out someone else's private information.

This U-Haul location was well-run and well-organized. The staff clearly know what they're doing and what is going on. They can be seen communicating about everything that's happening which is really nice because they have a decently high volume of clientele and it makes rental processes go smoothly and quickly. The facility is clean and the equipment is clean.

This location uses smart technology. You can literally check out a vehicle and check in a vehicle using your mobile phone. I was able to exchange one vehicle for another size easily. The staff was friendly and very courteous of my time. the touchless process is awesome too. Thank you

I'll give 5 stars when I receive my commission check for helping the other 3 people return their rental. In all seriousness, you should have your rental people let people know how to return through the app. No complaints otherwise.
