I had a horrible experience with a third party
U haul dealer yesterday with everything. First no answer at A&B enterprises,not able to leave message cos box was full. Couldn't get truck I reserved,needed for emergency move.
I found myself at merrilville Uhaul and storage on rt.30 and from the moment I walked in , the staff was helpful,concerned ,attentive and prompt. Very helpful with all phases of renting and then checking out. Especially the staff woman,Almeida. She braved the ice and cold and assisted the checkout with me . And I normally never leave reviews but it was very refreshing receiving g the service I did last night from both the staff members there and it is rare these days so I felt they needed to hear this,thank you for a smooth transaction and experience renting from you.
