U-Haul really took care of me in very stressful situations. They completely squared me away with a new truck and movers after an unfortunate breakdown on the Highway. They could not have been better to me. I really appreciate how well you took care of me. Thank you all for everything.

The place itself is great. The manager Misty Diffin is a crazy person that couldn’t be more unprofessional if she tried . This lady needs a class in customer service . We r moving out after she cussed us out in front of her boyfriend . I was never late with any payments and had more than one u it there for 2 years .

I had to keep walking to the end of the aisle because the motion light kept going off leaving us in the dark
