*Review is for vehicle rental, not the storage facilities* FYI, this facility DOES NOT HAVE AN ATTENDANT. Whatever reservation you make is done online and through the Uhaul app only. We made a reservation at this location because it showed that it has the van we wanted available. Then we got a call saying they did not have the van available at this location that we had to go to the Rockledge location instead (which is the location that manages the Merritt Island location) and then followed by a text message stating the address for the pickup. We show up at the Rockledge office around 3:40, and after waiting in line for it to be our turn for about 30 ish minutes just to have them tell us that our rental is at the Merritt Island location and that she didn't know who called or text us and that they dont have any vans available... so we drive to the Merritt Island location (fyi the app doesnt let you check in to start the pick up process until you are physically at the location in person as you have to allow the gps location to confirm you are there before you begin, which I understand) but now we are about 45 minutes behind schedule. Then, to top things off, the app freezes during the 'approval process,' and we call customer service for assistance and have to wait about 1 hour on hold. The app ends up going through during our hour long wait, BUT then it gives us the wrong lock box number, and there are no keys inside the one the app assigned us... so we call the Rockledge office, and someone comes and opens a different lock box and hands us the keys to the van... it is now about 6:20 pm (for a 4pm reservation that we showed up at 3:40 at Rockledge for...) After this experience, I've now decided to just buy a truck and am not renting anymore with Uhaul... if anything, I'll try Penske next time.

I can never get a hold of them by phone. EVER. They are always 'busy' and the call center asks for their phone number so THEY can get a hold of them and ask the office to call me back at THEIR convenience. Not at all what I'm paying $100/ mo. for.
There are no physical workers here and you sit on the phone getting transferred around to 3-4 people while on hold and explaining your situation time after time and they just keep telling you to refresh the website (which doesn’t work properly)
Awful experience renting a vehicle, check-in and return process needs some work. Go rent a truck from Home Depot or a rental car place instead.
