U-Haul Moving & Storage of Metairie at Central Ave

Not sure if it’s policy per franchise but I called twice and spoke to two regional agents directly who assured me I’d be able to use my Visa Debit to rent a pick up truck at the location I had to Uber to today, 09/12/2024; I was over charged for a box truck I did not need and charged an additional fee for gas mileage when the tank was set to F(full) when I returned the vehicle. I’d like a review of my transaction and to be ensured that I won’t have this experience again if I ever decide to rent from this location on Central Ave in Metairie, LA.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They're very informative and it was a pleasure to rent from this location. Even if it wasn't necessarily 'the closest', I would make the trip because the better experience is worth it.
