this company is extremely unreliable. My boyfriend ordered us Uboxes to move us from New Hampshire to North Carolina. We payed 800$ for express shipping which would 'guarantee' our stuff would be delivered to our new home the 27th. Now they are saying our stuff won't be delivered until February 1st and no one will answer our question about getting our money back for express shipping. We are being run around to different people and no one can give us an answer. We have an infant who needs his stuff and this company is screwing us over. Horrible service. We will never use Uhaul again.
