The process was simple and quick when picking up the truck. My vehicle was clean and in good working order, and the return process was just as easy. Will be renting here again when necessary.

Hire more people for this location. I rented a trailer on 8/10 and returned it hours before I had to was told to just bring it out back and unhook it myself and I would be all set. That was not the case, as of 8/12 they charged me additional charges stating I still had the trailer in my possession which was false. I called and was told they were short staffed was the reason for all of this.. This is is not acceptable.
